Keli St. Clair grew up in Thief River Falls, MN and then went on to obtain her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2006. Throughout her career, Keli has worked in outpatient private practice. She has expertise and experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic and spinal conditions. She has a special interest in pre/post op care, spinal/SI joint dysfunction and athletes of all ages. Keli believes the key to a successful recovery is to preform and individualized biomechanical evaluation and identify the “root cause” of the pain and dysfunction. She can then utilize skilled manual therapy (hands on or tool assisted) techniques and functional exercise to progress each patient towards their specific goals and ultimately a higher level of function! Keli obtained a certification for Dry Needling therapy in August of 2018. She lives in West Fargo with her husband, Justin and their children. In her free time, she enjoys being active, going to the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
